In Banjul:

We were at the center bowl of Sifoe community playing ground on Sunday under the auspicious invitation of Daughters of Gambia, a community based football academy for girls.

A dream came true when we received bid from Daughters of Gambia to host street handball games in Sifoe village, a community based in south kombo, West Coast Region The Gambia.

We played at Sifoe community playing ground, the game inspired so many natives leaving them asking for more!

We played four street handball games in the day’s afternoon beginning with Daughters of Gambia players, later we amix boys and girls to make the game so lively.

Our aim is to promote grassroots handball by taking outdoor games seriously.

This is our first time in Sifoe.

We believe a lot of people who attended have enjoyed and experienced the fan zones we have produced in the afternoon.

After a longtime without our practices, last weekend the Street Handball Rwanda, delegation carried out its activities, in Southern Province at ES Kigoma, where all children from ES Kigoma and GS Muyange were gathered. Our Project Manager was there to witness the event.
